Gem City Digital is a local business with great customer service. Check them out for phone or computer repairs before going anywhere else. I was able to get a new screen cover and my phone cleaned in minutes for only $10, my phone feels brand new again.

I went to Gem City Digital to get the type-C connector on my Galaxy S23 Ultra cleaned. They were very professional and they successfully cleaned my charging port and only charged me $10. Very happy with Gem City Digital. I will definitely stop back in the next time I need mobile repair. Highly recommended.

Great helpful staff that are straight shooters. They will tell you if your device can be repaired right away. They also see items at reasonable costs. The environment is friendly and there's always something cool to look at. I would get my products repaired here again.

I would definitely come back again. I came in to ask about fixing broken USB-C ports on my laptop. The staff gave me a verbal estimate and some alternate solutions. I'm fairly computer savvy and I think Tom was the most knowledgeable computer person I've ever dealt with. ... This is my 2nd time to this store and both times the staff was friendly and up front. Great job.

Dropped my laptop off for a battery replacement after Apple told me I would have to get a new laptop they couldn’t get the parts/it was too old of a model (2019). Gem City had it done in under an hour! They’re the best at what they do with unmatched service and prices.

These guys are very good and very personable as well. If it's s just a "how to" question, they are happy to help. Diamond smart phone screen protectors are just $10 installed. Compared to Verizon's $70. I buy in 3 pks online and they put them on for nothing.

In the past several years, we have been visiting Gem City Digital multiple times for various reasons, such as repairing laptops and iPads, replacing screen protectors, etc. We always received great service. For example, I went to Gem City today to have the screen protector replaced on my iPhone. John at Gem City was super helpful and had the job done in just a few minutes. I took my year old kindle in today because it was detecting moisture and would not charge due to moisturizing cream spilling into the port. They had it fixed within a couple minutes at most, and did not charge me. I was amazed and very appreciative. John working the front was very friendly, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend them.
